 Calf Cramp :


Step 1 - Place two short Y tapes on the sole while bending the knee and stretching out the toes.

Step 2 - Place the base of another Y tape at the heel and adhere two tails covering the calf.

Step 3 - Place the last I tape from the heel to the back of the knee over the calf.

Step 4 - No stretch is required during application.
